Out-of-Network Insurance Reimbursement

​If your insurance provider is not within our network, you may still be eligible for partial reimbursement. Upon request, Barnett Speech Therapy, LLC can provide a Superbill, which you may submit directly to your insurance company.

A Superbill serves as an itemized receipt and includes details such as the dates of service, fees collected, and the clinical codes required by insurance providers. Clients may use this document to seek reimbursement for services rendered by an out-of-network provider. Please note that reimbursement is not guaranteed and varies by insurance plan. We strongly recommend that clients contact their insurance provider in advance to confirm coverage and understand the process for submitting a Superbill.

Barnett Speech Therapy, LLC does not communicate with out-of-network insurance companies and is not involved in the reimbursement process.
